We want you to love your Loop experience, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy for all our earplugs and accessories. If you're not satisfied with the fit or noise reduction, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the earplugs and original packaging into a secure mailing envelope and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
